iwbed Terms & Conditions — Service Rules

General Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or using the iwbed platform, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, please stop using iwbed's services.

This Agreement creates a legally binding arrangement between the iwbed platform and an individual player ("Player" or "you"). iwbed will operate its services on the basis of this Agreement at all relevant times.

Services refers to all services available on iwbed's digital platform, including football betting, Live Casino, Slots, card games, lottery and related game types, money transfer services, VIP programme rewards, and promotions.

Account Registration and Account Management

2.1 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on iwbed. A family member of a player who uses independent personal finances within the same household may also open only one separate account.

2.2 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

Players must accurately provide their real name, passport or national registration details, and contact number when registering an account. If false information is provided, iwbed may close the account without making any payment.

2.3 Password Security

Players must keep their account login credentials secure and must not share them with any third party. All actions carried out using a player's account are considered that player's responsibility.

2.4 Account Suspension

iwbed reserves the right to suspend a player's account without prior notice. This may occur when fraudulent activity, a breach of legal restrictions, or submission of false information is detected.

Age Restriction

iwbed services are available to players aged 21+ only. This age restriction must be strictly followed. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account, making a deposit, or playing on iwbed.

iwbed reserves the right to request a national ID card or passport to verify a player's age. If verification shows the player is under 21, any funds in the account will not be refunded and the account will be closed.

Deposit Methods and Minimum Requirements

Accepted deposit methods on iwbed are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. Deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only.

• The minimum deposit amount per method is 10,000 Ks.
• The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary depending on the individual player's account level.
• When making a deposit, you must use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties are not permitted. If detected, the deposit will be returned and the account may be suspended.

Withdrawal

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Requests below this amount will not be accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of the request. If delays occur due to banking or payment network issues, the iwbed support team will notify the player in advance.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

iwbed reserves the right to review each withdrawal. If suspicious activity or anti-money laundering (AML) concerns arise, the withdrawal may be temporarily suspended.

5.4 Withdrawal Rejection Cases

• When attempting to withdraw before meeting the bonus wagering requirement
• When incorrect name or bank account details are provided
• When the player's account verification has not been completed

Bonus and Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositing players on iwbed can receive a 150% welcome bonus, up to 300,000 Ks.

• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving a balance of 50,000 Ks; wagering requirement: 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks.
• Example — deposit 420,000 Ks, receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a balance of 720,000 Ks; wagering requirement: 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount is met. For example, if you receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, you must complete 300,000 Ks in wagering before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each player may claim a one-time promotion only once.
• The account claiming the bonus must have a deposit history using real funds.
• Splitting accounts to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse) is strictly prohibited.
• iwbed may modify bonus offers without prior notice.

Game Rules

7.1 Fair Play

iwbed games are delivered using SSL encryption and fair play technology. Players are prohibited from using any unfair methods, exploiting software bugs, or using software that manipulates the game system (bots, automation).

7.2 Game Interruption

If a game round is interrupted due to a technical issue or network disconnection, iwbed reserves the right to review server logs and make a final decision. Server logs represent the last verified game data.

7.3 Betting Limits

iwbed may set a maximum bet amount per player per round and daily/monthly limits when deemed appropriate. Players will be notified in advance.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

iwbed supports players in staying in control. Gaming is a form of entertainment and should not be seen as a way to earn income.

VIP Levels and Cashback

iwbed's VIP program has 4 levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Level advancement is determined by iwbed based on the player's gaming history and the level they qualify for.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback will be credited as bonus funds. If cashback abuse is detected, the cashback will be voided and the account may be suspended.

Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the iwbed platform—

• Using bots, automation software, or AI-assisted tools to exploit the game system
• Bonus abuse — opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses
• Depositing funds derived from money laundering
• Using another person's bank card or payment account
• Colluding with other players to manipulate games
• Deliberately seeking and exploiting system errors (exploit abuse)

If any of these violations are detected, iwbed may freeze the account and withhold funds without payout, and has the right to refer the matter to the relevant legal authorities.

Platform Service Limitations

iwbed may temporarily suspend or modify services without prior notice in the following circumstances—

• Server maintenance (advance notice will be given)
• Unexpected technical errors
• Relevant laws or regulatory directives

For players with a game round in progress at the time of a service suspension, funds will be returned according to server records.

iwbed cannot be held responsible for any service errors, data loss, or losses caused by third-party software — this limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Personal Data Protection

iwbed protects the personal information provided by players in accordance with the Privacy Policy. iwbed commits to not selling or disclosing this personal information to third parties without the player's consent, except where required by legal demand.

Players' funds and personal information are protected with SSL encryption, and players' privacy rights are always respected.

Terms and Conditions Amendments

iwbed may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. Players who continue to use the services are deemed to have accepted the amended terms.
